Kitten heels may be awkward to look at but did you know that they actually make the legs look slimmer? There are certain pairs of women’s shoes that make your legs look slimmer but it entails really high heels that become uncomfortable to wear after some time. With kitten heels, your legs will give the impression of being thinner without the worries of experiencing soreness on your feet.

Caring for Leather Knee-High Wedge Boots

Knee-high wedge boots are very stylish and certainly not everyone can pull them off. Still, many women prefer to wear knee-high wedge boots because it’s sexy and fashion-forward. Even celebrities like Lenny Kravitz (yes, he was seen wearing a pair two years ago), Geri Halliwell, and of course, Kate Moss were spotted wearing knee-high wedge boots.

Leather knee-high wedge boots, on the other hand, are an entirely different thing. The authentic leather pairs of knee-high wedge boots can easily cost an arm and leg which is why it is very important to care for them to extend their shelf lives.

To do that, you must make sure that the pair of leather knee-high wedge boots you are buying is in perfect condition. Marks, creases, cracks, scuffs, and other damages should not be present in the wedge boots. You certainly don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on leather wedge boots that will last for just a month, do you?

The next thing to do is condition the boots as soon as you get home. Buy a can of WD-40, leather conditioner, or mink oil to loosen up the leather and keep it moist. Once you store your pair of leather knee-high wedge boots, they should be placed in an upright position – they shouldn’t be folded or stored in shoe racks because it can cause creases and cracks in the long run.
